1My Introduction Empty My Introduction on November 14th 2013, 2:38 pm

I'm Evan.

They say the average male thinks about sex every eight seconds. I'm not the every male, with every single second of every day my brain is obsessed with thoughts of sexual lust. I'm a pure sexual being and thrive on my sexual desires and have no interests unless they are sexual in nature. I'm here not to discuss "crushes" but to express just how badly I want and need to fuck so many of these cartoons.

2My Introduction Empty Welcome! on November 15th 2013, 11:13 am

Welcome to Cartoon Crushes, Evan, and thank you for your contributions to our cause.
It is completely fine that you post about your sexual feelings about characters. We won´t stop you from doing that, for our purpose is to record attractions of all sorts.
Thanks. Have fun!

I don't have anything against this sort of attraction, but legally speaking, wouldn't explicit sexual content and communication (images, text, or otherwise) make the board off limits to those under 18? In the USA at least, maybe stricter in some states. I don't know about other countries. The TOS of Forum Motion probably speaks to this for those reasons.

4My Introduction Empty Laws on December 7th 2013, 6:56 pm

The United States is founded upon freedom of speech, and as far as I know, that goes for everyone.
There is already a rule about pornography in Rule #4 of the forum rules, since I believe it is technically deemed illegal for minors to view pornography (though I do it anyway), so I am not to allow this site to have this sort of material. Also, Forumotion does speak against pornography in their Terms of Service, so that´s another reason why. Although, anything said should not matter, for like I said, this is a country founded upon freedom of speech.
On the other hand, if another country speaks against this sort of freedom of sexual speech, and a person from such a country gets arrested for saying such things on Cartoon Crushes, then I guess that´s their own problem.
Sorry for the long response. I´ve forgotten about this forum for a while. I founded it, so I should be checking it and modifying it very often.

5My Introduction Empty Laws on December 8th 2013, 8:34 pm

There are federal laws that make this illegal. It isn't limited to pictures. Some state laws cover it more explicitly.

47 U.S.C. §§ 223 wrote:(d)
Using an interactive
computer service to send or display to a person
under the age of 18 a comment, image, or
communication that depicts or describes sexual or
excretory activities or organs is punishable by
imprisonment for not more than two years, or fine,
or both.
Sites that distribute just text have disclaimers like this:
You must be over 18 years old to enter this site. If you are under 18 or do not wish to read adult content, you must exit now. Adults Only.
I doubt Evan is over 18, but if you imagine that he was older, these technical breaches of the law start to get a whole lot more real.

The basic idea behind it seems to be that a 9 year old and a random old pervert off the internet shouldn't talk to each other about sex. I'm not going to start pulling out evidence to defend against anyone playing devil's advocate over that.

Just saying. Allowing that has the potential to make this place really creepy, really fast. First amendment doesn't protect saying anything to anyone. Spewing racial or homophobic slurs at the right person is a hate crime. Publishing racist theories is not.

We have a rule about child PORNOGRAPHY that is punishable by law.
And Evan told me he was 23, but he seemed like a troll to me, and since I suspect this, he may have been lying about his age as well. I´d say he probably was; he said some pretty immature things. Things that I imagine an 11 year old to say. No offense to him. Just saying.

7My Introduction Empty To clarify on December 9th 2013, 9:12 pm

Ohio Rev. Code §2907: wrote:(J) “Material” means any book, magazine, newspaper, pamphlet, poster, print, picture, figure, image, description, motion picture film, phonographic record, or tape, or other tangible thing capable of arousing interest through sight, sound, or touch and includes an image or text appearing on a computer monitor, television screen, liquid crystal display, or similar display device or an image or text recorded on a computer hard disk, computer floppy disk, compact disk, magnetic tape, or similar data storage device.

What a mess. Anyway, they go on to say that you have to keep sexually explicit material away from minors.

I'm not confusing this with sexually explicit material that describes minors. That's illegal even if two adults trade fictional stories that no minors ever read.

I'm also not confusing the possibility of being punished with the likelihood of being punished, even if law enforcement was aware.

Maturity and age don't always relate. I'm not comfortable being associated with predators, or a 14-year-old's forum containing graphic and detailed descriptions of sexual acts (with characters that appear underage, to boot).

Thank you for your responses.
