Ohio Rev. Code §2907: wrote:(J) “Material” means any book, magazine, newspaper, pamphlet, poster, print, picture, figure, image, description, motion picture film, phonographic record, or tape, or other tangible thing capable of arousing interest through sight, sound, or touch and includes an image or text appearing on a computer monitor, television screen, liquid crystal display, or similar display device or an image or text recorded on a computer hard disk, computer floppy disk, compact disk, magnetic tape, or similar data storage device.
What a mess. Anyway, they go on to say that you have to keep sexually explicit material away from minors.
I'm not confusing this with sexually explicit material that describes minors. That's illegal even if two adults trade fictional stories that no minors ever read.
I'm also not confusing the possibility of being punished with the likelihood of being punished, even if law enforcement was aware.
Maturity and age don't always relate. I'm not comfortable being associated with predators, or a 14-year-old's forum containing graphic and detailed descriptions of sexual acts (with characters that appear underage, to boot).
Thank you for your responses.
